Steve has 27+ years of experience working in the technology industry and almost a third of that time was spent specifically in the residential property management industry. Steve started in the industry on the business partner side and is a tremendous asset to East Hill because he understands both sides of the industry. Steve served as Vice-President of one the industry’s major accounting software providers and was recognized for his integrity and accountability while in that role. As the Operations Manager, Steve has brought his technology experience to East Hill and just recently transitioned them over to a cloud based organization. Arguably East Hill now has the best data integrity and disaster recovery plan of any of our competitors.
Steve is an active member of the Community Associations Institute both locally and nationally. He has given presentations to multiple local chapters and has been a featured presenter at two of the last three national CAI shows. While on the business partner side, Steve lead the way for his entire software organization to become an Educated Business Partner.
Steve holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Cabrini University (Cum Laude). He is the proud father of two grown sons and he has been happily married for over 30 years. When not working Steve serves as an assistant high school lacrosse coach and he also enjoys playing with his black lab, Cooper.

Diane has over 28 years of residential Community Association experience. During that time she has been a portfolio manager and a Regional Director in Pennsylvania.
Diane earned her AMS designation in 1988 and her PCAM designation in 2000. Diane is an active member of the local Del Val CAI Chapter and the CAI Gold Star Program.

Rossaine has over 20 years experience in accounting and auditing. She has a BS in Accounting from Villanova. She is Senior Accountant with diverse audit experience. Known for ability to manage teams and completing assignments under budget. Extensive background in internal controls issues and forensic accounting. We are excited to have her as part of our deep accounting staff.
Michael Volpe has been with East Hill Property Management since September 2014. He has been vital to East Hill’s commitment to improving the lives of residents in each of the neighborhoods in which we serve. Not only is Michael active with CAI in their Condo Congress, he also serves as the board President of his condominium association in Center City Philadelphia.

K.C. has over 30 years’ experience managing residential and commercial properties, active adult, midrise, vintage, and luxury communities as well as HOA’s and COA’s. Born and raised in Wayne, her father, grandfather and uncle were all builders, developers and realtors in the Philadelphia region who owned and managed properties so property management is in her blood.

Hassan Young has over 21 years experience in the hospitality and management industries. He has been serving as the East Hill Property Management General Manager at the Shore. Rental and Commercial Property Manager
Valerie is the Rental and Commercial Property Manager with over 13 years of experience in Commercial Management focusing on customer satisfaction. She became part of the East Hill family and has since improved our rental system by implementing a more user-friendly, innovative software.
Valerie is an animal rights advocate and in her spare time enjoys relaxing with her boyfriend and their fur-son, Parker.

Adriana comes to East Hill with more than 10 years of experience in the property management industry. For eight years she served as an Accounting Assistant, providing financial services to more than 60 clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Her key roles were daily processing of accounts receivables, transferring ownership information and monthly reconciling of 100+ bank statements.
With her experience in providing financial services support to property managers and accountants she transitioned to providing application support for an industry designed accounting software program to clients throughout the country. In this position, she provided clients with complete functional knowledge of the program and served as a liaison between clients and software developers to ensure accurate information was maintained.
Through her role as an Application Analyst she began to take on responsibilities for implementing the software to new on-boarding clients throughout the country and Canada. She helped create and implement standardized accounting processes and procedures for new clients. In this position, she worked closely with branch managers and accountants to ease the transition from their previous software system.
Adriana resides in Plymouth Meeting with her husband, Nick and 2 songs. Their boys keep them busy with karate, skateboarding and riding dirt bikes.

Mattrese joined the East Hill Property Management Team in December of 2016 and has over twenty years experience in customer service and association management for HOA and COA communities. She has worked with both homeowners and board members as a Community Administrator and Manager assisting with account resolution and multi aspects of association management. Mattrese works tirelessly to improve customer relations with our East Hill Property Management clients and team building with the staff.
Mattrese currently lives in Upper Darby with her husband and their three children.

Alexandra Aquilante (Allie) joined us in May of 2017. Allie works as an intern for us as she gets ready to begin her senior year of college. Allie attends West Chester University where she is a duel major in Accounting and Finance. Allie fully expects after her graduation that she will sit for the CPA exam. If going to college, being a duel major, and working about 30 hours a week isn’t enough, Allie is also studying for her Real Estate license.
While she has been with us Allie has quickly established herself as a key team member. Her education, her insight, and her natural ability and drive make Allie an asset to any organization. We’re grateful to have Allie with us and we hope she works with us for many years to come. Allie has quickly learned our accounting platform, our Accounts Payable system, and she processes our daily lockbox.
When not working, Allie is an avid pet lover and an avid beach goer and she really enjoys mixing the two together and taking her dog to the beach.
