We’d love to have you, but we carefully screen all of our vendors on behalf of the communities we serve. Here is the Process on how to become one of our preferred vendors.
Our partners, vendor, and supplier relationships are a valuable part of the East Hill Property Management team. We offer direct access through our vendor portal which provides superior interaction and communications between East Hill, our community managers, buyers, and vendors in order to eliminate phone calls and so that our vendors receive their payment faster. Successful vendor relations allow us to service our association clients more efficiently.
- This vendor portal enables the submission of invoices and the exchange of critical information within Active Pay thus accelerating the AP approval process, which also improves your cash flow and fosters a positive vendor experience. - Please note that we do require all paperwork to be up to date before payment is issued (1099, Insurance, & Affidavits). For a full list of requirements, please email: Compliance@easthillpropertymanagement.com
- We also offer a SpeedPay option for all of our vendors. In addition, if you will offer our clients a 3% discount, we will guarantee payment with in 7 days of invoice submission.
