Step-by-step instructions on how to log onto the new web portal:

  1. Read these instructions and then click here to Access the Resident Portal
  2. Select “Create Login”
  3. On the registration page enter your account number and your e-mail address on file with EHPM, then select “Submit Registration”.
  4. You will be sent a link to your e-mail address. Upon receipt, click on the link and you will see a screen to “Create login Credentials”.
  5. You will enter in a User Name of your choice and a password of your choice, confirm your password and select submit.
  6. Once you sign on with your User Name & Password, you will have access to your account information.

Paylease Users Only

Follow the next steps if you have used Paylease in the past, as you will need to confirm your payment information.  Also, follow these steps if you want to start using Paylease now to pay your Association fees.

  1. Once you have signed onto your account with your user name and password, your account balance will be on the left side of the page with a box below “Pay Now”.
  2. Select “Pay Now”. If you were signed up for re-occurring payments through Paylease, your payment information may be listed under “Active AutoPays” on the bottom right. If it is not listed you will need to set up a new AutoPay. Look for “Want to set up automatic payments?” on the left and click “Get Started”. You will next be asked to fill in the payment amount (currently $300.00). Click “Continue” and you will be asked to select the Recurring Payment Date. Click in the box and select the date on the calendar you want the first payment to be made. Click on the arrows at the top of the calendar to change the month if necessary. Select the Frequency of the payment by clicking on the box and making your choice (usually Monthly). Leave the Indefinite box checked unless you want to stop the AutoPay after a certain number of payments. Click “Continue” to Select a Payment Method. If you have used PayLease in the past your Bank Information may be listed. If so, select that and click “Continue”. If your Bank Information is not listed or if you wish to use a different bank account, select “Bank Account” and click “Continue”. Fill in your bank account information (you will need a blank check for the Routing Number and Account Number). Select whether the account is Checking or Savings and click “Continue”. You will see a summary of your AutoPay information. If everything looks OK click “Schedule AutoPay”. When you return to the Pay Now screen you should see your payment information under Active AutoPays on the bottom right. Click “Close” on the bottom of the Pay Now screen to return to the Portal home screen.
  3. If you are not on re-occurring payments and you want to make a one-time payment, you can do that when you select “Pay Now”, put in the $ amount, then select “Make One-Time Payment”. Click “Continue” to Select a Payment Method. If you have used PayLease in the past your Bank Information may be listed. If so, select that and click “Continue”. If your Bank Information is not listed or if you wish to use a different bank account, select “Bank Account” and click “Continue”. Fill in your bank account information (you will need a blank check for the Routing Number and Account Number). Select whether the account is Checking or Savings and click “Continue”. You will see a summary of your payment information. If everything looks OK click “Submit Payment”. Click “Close” on the bottom of the Pay Now screen to return to the Portal home screen.
