Introducing Two New Team Members

East Hill Property Management is please to announce two new members of the Oceanview at Avalon team! Jennifer Miletta and Brett McKay will be joining as Condominium Supervisor, and Assistant Condominium supervisor, respectively. We are proud to have them, and would like to share a little information with you on each of them.

Jennifer Miletta is an experienced property manager, who has worked for Wentworth Property Management, Taylor Management, Washington Group, among others. She has have a proven track record in leasing new applicants, marketing and collecting rents in a timely fashion. Jennifer is a graduate of Ocean County College, and is from Barnegat, NJ.

Brett McKay, a rising senior at West Virginia University, is a strong communicator with a wide variety of experience ranging from customer service to volunteer work. His positive attitude and business education background at WVU made him an ideal candidate to the job. We are so excited to be welcoming each of these sharp people to the East Hill team. We are sure that their addition will help ensure an even better summer this year in Avalon.


With summer just around the corner, East Hill property Management is excited to provide you with some updates from Oceanview at Avalon!! The pool will be filled Monday, May 7th for opening on the 18th ! Also, beginning this week, William Huyler, East Hill’s President, will be in Avalon on Fridays to ensure that everything is in grade-A condition to kick off the summer. He is also looking to get to know each unit owner individually, and working with everyone this summer.
