East Hill also offers industry leading transparency and communications.  Important community documents can be shared and organized in the documents section of our Caliber portal, thus providing residents with access to the most recent version.

We offer automated bill pay, and 24 – 7 access to community documents, account services, and even an email specifically for non-urgent maintenance requests so that you have what you need on your schedule, and it’s there when you need it. For urgent requests, we have a 24-hour emergency services number.  Not yet an EHPM customer? Sorry, it’s for residents only.

Board members can also view real time accounting information by logging into Caliber and viewing bank records of daily transactions and account balances.  This visibility of data enhances communication for all.   Why is this important?
